Can I save any mail I receive?

Yes, any digital mail item you receive through Freedom Mailbox® can be saved.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Start by logging into your account.
  2. On the top menu, click Mail
  3. On the left side menu, click Completed or Trash
  4. Select the mail item(s) you want to save.
  5. From the button selection at top, select More
  6. Select Archive

Only digital versions of mail can be archived. If your mail has not be requested shredded, recycled or forwarded, then it is still linked to physical mail in your Freedom Mailbox® mailbox. Once a mail item has been removed from physical storage, it is then available to be moved from the Completed folder to the Archive folder.

All mail items saved to the Archive folder are not deleted, making them available for as long as your account is active.
