How do I request mail to be shredded?

To ensure your unwanted mail is securely disposed of, you can request to have it shredded.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Start by logging into your account.
  2. On the top menu, click Mail
  3. On the left side menu, click Inbox or Completed
  4. Select the mail item(s) you want to shred.
  5. On the page menu at top, select Actions
  6. Select Shred

You will be notified via email when the shred request has completed.
