How do I request a check deposit?

If you request an open & scan action on your mail and it reveals the contents to be a check, you can request Freedom Mailbox® deposit the check on your behalf.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Start by logging into your account.
  2. On the top menu, click Mail
  3. On the left side menu, click Completed
  4. Select the mail item(s) that contain a check.
  5. On the page menu at top, select Actions
  6. Select Check Deposit
