Although rare, you may receive notification for mail that is not yours. If this happens, you can reject the mail so that it won't count towards your monthly limit.
- Start by logging into your account.
- On the top menu, click
- On the left side menu, click
- Select the mail item that is not yours.
- From the button selection at top, select
The action above will immediately send the mail back to Freedom Mailbox® for re-processing.
