Can I download mail I receive?
Yes, any mail that you receive through Freedom Mailbox® is digitized and can be downloaded.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Start by logging into your account.
- On the top menu, click
- Navigate to your mail item and click the mail ID link or the thumbnail image of the mail item.
- On the page menu at top, select

If a mail item has multiple pages available (e.g. open and scan requested and completed), you will be able to choose to download all pages as one PDF or individual pages as Images. Simply use the same steps as noted above.
