What is the mailbox dashboard?
Your mailbox dashboard is the very first page you see after logging in to youy account and it displays a summary of your mailbox. The three main items you'll notice in your dashboard are:
INBOX
The Inbox folder displays mail items which are new or are pending because no action have been taken on.
PENDING
The Pending folder displays mail items which have a pending action request (ie. Open & Scan, Forwarding, etc.).
COMPLETED
The Completed folder displays mail items which action requests have been completed.
Your mailbox dashboard also allows you to see the proper format for your mailing address. It is strongly suggested to use your address exactly as it is spelled on this page. However, for alternatives, you can check out this resource.
