I lost my password, what do I do?

If you lose your password, you can request a password reset to gain access to your account again.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Start by navigating to your account login.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link.
  3. Select Reset Password
  4. Enter the email address on the account.
  5. Click Submit

The Freedom Mailbox® staff does not have access to your password. You must use the password recovery steps as outlined above.
