What happens to my mail if I cancel my Freedom Mailbox® account?

You have a couple options when your account is closed for how you want us to handle your USPS mail (all non-USPS mail will be rejected, e.g. FedEx, UPS, etc.). You can either choose to have us forward your mail for a period of six (6) months or have us shred it when received. If you choose to have your mail forwarded, you will be responsible for postage and handling which requires a deposit to be made prior to cancellation.
