Can I receive mail in the name of multiple staff members within my business?
Yes. When filling out USPS Form 1583, put your business information in boxes 9 through 11. Then use box 12 to name each member of the company who will be receiving mail.
Be prepared that all names listed in box 12 must have verifiable identification in front of the notary.
