Can I set up an account for another person?
Yes, but some extra documentation is required by the Post Office. When setting up an account for another person, you must fill out the postal consent form for them and yourself and attach a power of attorney, specifying the right to receive mail on their behalf. If you're receiving mail on behalf of an estate, please attach an executor's letter as well.
