How often do you bill?
New invoices are generated on first (1st) day of each month and automatic credit card billing occurs on the fifth (5th) day of each month. Invoices include your monthly plan fee plus any usage charges accrued during the previous month.
Since shipping and handling fees are charged at the time of shipment, these charges are itemized on the invoice with the cost noted for your convenience.
If account changes are performed mid-month, fees will be pro-rated for the partial month in which they apply.
