Manage Your Postal Mail Remotely
View your business mail quickly and easily from just about anywhere. When new mail arrives, we snap a pic of your mail and securely upload it to your digital mailbox. You are then notified by email or text that you have new mail, where you can log into your secure virtual mailbox dashboard through your phone or any online desktop computer and view your new mail.
Managing your mail is just as easy. Once you login to view your new mail, you can easily request to have us open and scan the contents, have it forwarded to you or have it either shredded or recycled.
You can choose to keep your digital mail archived online for free for as long as you have a Freedom Mailbox® account or download your images to build your own digital mail archive. Your physical mail must either be forwarded, recycled or shredded after 14 days.
