What is a digital mailbox?
A digital mailbox, or sometimes known as a virtual or cloud-based mailbox, allows you to view and manage your postal mail remotely.
With Freedom Mailbox®, the postal mail you want to manage remotely is mailed to one of our premium business mailing addresses where your mail is collected and an image taken of the unopened envelope. The image is then tagged and uploaded to your account. You are then notified of new mail via email or text where you can then securely login to your digital mailbox account and view your new mail from either your phone or anywhere online.
You can then request to have each mail item opened and the contents scanned, recycled, shredded or have it forwarded to you.
